SlotSheet Volunteer Hours Report

We're the makers of SlotSheet.
Drop in a sign-up export (CSV or .xlsx) with names and slot times. You match the columns once, so you can use exports from tools such as SignUpGenius, SignUp.com or Google Forms.
Adds up hours per volunteer: end time minus start time for each sign-up, times the number of spots, totalled per person. End times before the start time count as overnight. Slots without times count as 0 hours, and the report tells you how many there were. Rows it can't read are listed, not silently counted. Volunteers are grouped by name and email together. If your file has a family or class column, you'll also get hours per family or class.
Download a CSV per volunteer, per family/class, or of every sign-up. A printable summary for your board meeting or a grant application.
Your file is processed in your browser and never uploaded. We never see your volunteers' names. It only remembers how you matched the columns, in this browser. No names or other values from your file are saved. No cookies. No account, no ads, no card.
