SlotSheet

We're the makers of SlotSheet. Sign-up sheets without the ads. Pick a template, share one link, and people claim a slot from their phone. Potluck, volunteer shifts, class party, or blank. Change the slots to fit, like "Sides x4" or "Setup 9-10am x3". People open it and tap a slot. They don't download anything and don't make an account. Each slot shows how many spots are left and closes when it's full, so you don't end up with five pies and no turkey. If a spot opens up, the first person on the waitlist gets it automatically. See every claim, remove one if plans change, and download the list as a CSV. Add start and end times and SlotSheet adds up volunteer hours per person: end time minus start time, times the spots taken. Free sheets, up to 500 slots each. No credit card. It was built quickly by a small team using AI coding agents, as an experiment.
