Pocket Invoice

Pocket Invoice gives freelancers and small service businesses a free way to create invoices, estimates, quotes, receipts and purchase orders. Create a document online without signing up, add your business and customer details, enter line items and export a PDF. The web, iOS and Android apps can save customers, items and templates, organize multiple companies and record paid or outstanding invoices. For authorized AI workflows, the hosted MCP connection lets an assistant prepare invoice and estimate PDFs and query business records. It uses OAuth, respects company permissions and has been tested with Codex. Sending requires confirmation; recording a payment does not move money. There is no subscription or paid plan.
