BillCrafter

BillCrafter is a free invoice generator for freelancers and small businesses. You edit directly on the document to create invoices, estimates, quotes or receipts, choose from templates such as freelance, contractor or consulting and several layout styles, and add tax, discounts, shipping or deposits in dozens of currencies. The result downloads as a vector PDF. Without an account you get one free PDF a day; a free account gives unlimited exports and saves your business details, clients and past invoices, and adds e-signature. The site states there are no paid plans.
