VideoUpscaler.dev gives creators a local way to compare a fixed 2x upscale before exporting a short clip. It uses Anime4K CNN, WebGPU and WebCodecs in compatible desktop Chromium browsers to process compatible MP4/H.264 video on the device. The current workflow is free, with before/after preview and MP4 export, and needs no product account, desktop install or source-video upload to a processing server. GPU capability, resolution, clip length, memory and browser support affect speed and stability.
