Proximatic

Proximatic helps event crews, clubs, tournaments and volunteer programs plan roles and shifts, schedule approved people using availability and supported rules, and manage signups and attendance. Organizers review assignments, coverage and open places before publishing.

Core event tools, algorithmic scheduling, signups and attendance are free. Each organization includes one AI-organized event per UTC month, followed by up to eight additional AI tasks at USD 2 each. Pro costs USD 16/month per organization and includes 30 AI-organized events and 1,000 email recipient credits per paid billing period. Pro supports Stripe-connected event payment workflows; Stripe processing fees apply.
