Podium

Podium is an open-source agent development environment (Apache-2.0). It combines an agent-native issue tracker with a coordinator for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Grok and Pi. You prompt your idea together with the software factory you want: which agent researches, which writes the spec, which reviews, when you approve, and which agents build in parallel. The coordinator agent turns that into tasks, subtasks and dependencies, brings in the other agents and follows their results. Tasks, decisions, handoffs and results are stored as structured state on a board that you and your agents share. Plans, screenshots, recordings, test evidence and cost estimates stay attached to each task. You can change the plan at any time, through the coordinator or directly with an individual agent. Podium runs on your Mac or on a Linux VPS you own, and you can follow the work from the desktop app, your phone or a browser.
