PDFMinto is an online toolkit for everyday PDF tasks. Set a target file size, compress a PDF, then review the resulting size, page count and preview before downloading. Compression runs on the service, tries lossless optimization first and does not remove pages. Reaching every target size is not guaranteed. Additional tools include merging PDFs, splitting and organizing pages, converting images to PDF, PDF to images and Word to PDF. No account is needed.
