OrderCheck

OrderCheck is a self-service web app for small wholesale and distribution teams that receive customer orders as spreadsheets. Import XLSX or UTF-8 CSV files, map columns and catalog items, and save layouts for repeat customer files. Review item and quantity changes between order revisions, then export human-approved CSV or XLSX files.

The workflow uses file exports. It does not provide a direct ERP API connection; users need to map the target columns and test a sample file for their destination system.

A time-limited free beta is available: complete email signup and create a company workspace by October 31, 2026 at 23:59 KST. Free beta access ends November 15, 2026 at 23:59 KST. Beta limits are 500 cumulative rows, 5 customers, and 2 members including the administrator. No card is required and there is no automatic billing. Future paid plans are displayed on the website, but paid checkout is not open.
