Before KnackCity, finding someone nearby to help with everyday tasks could be challenging. At the same time, people with valuable skills often lacked a simple way to showcase their abilities and connect with neighbors who needed their services.

Recognizing this gap, Dr. Zeshan founded KnackCity with a vision to bring local needs and local talent together. The idea was simple: create a neighborhood community platform where people could easily find help, share their skills, and discover flexible earning opportunities.

KnackCity was built around the belief that strong communities grow when neighbors support one another. Through service requests, KnackStar profiles, direct communication, and Spotlight, the platform helps Customers discover local services while giving independent Service Providers opportunities to showcase their work and connect with nearby Customers.

Starting with California as its initial target market, KnackCity aims to make everyday help easier to find, empower local talent, and strengthen neighborhood connections.
