Easy Reply

Easy Reply is a free Chrome extension for desktop Gmail. In the compose window you add two to four honest answers, for example "Yes, let's talk", "Not right now" and "Not a fit". The recipient taps one and confirms it on a screen that shows exactly what will be sent, and Easy Reply files the answer into your original thread as a notification. They need no account, no login and nothing installed. It is not a form, survey or scheduling page, and it does not promise a higher reply rate: it just lowers the effort of answering, including the answer you would rather not get.
