DisplayCheck is a free browser-based toolkit for inspecting monitors, laptop screens, tablets, and other displays. Run fullscreen checks for dead, stuck, or bright pixels; OLED image retention and burn-in; brightness and color uniformity; gradients and clipping; browser refresh cadence; and motion ghosting. Each focused test explains what to look for, and a guided five-minute check helps you inspect an unfamiliar screen. The core tests require no account or download, and patterns and observations stay in your browser. DisplayCheck also explains the limits of browser checks: they cannot certify physical refresh rate, color accuracy, brightness, or response time.
