Client Delivery Note Builder

A free manual note builder for freelance designers sending finished work to a client. Start with a fictional cafe-menu handoff, replace the ready files, usage notes and remaining actions, then review and copy or manually select the plain text. No sign-up or purchase is required.

The example distinguishes a print PDF needing a price check, an editable source file with a different purpose, and a pending logo export with an owner and next step. It works alongside your existing email or shared folder. It does not export, upload, inspect or send files, validate links, track acceptance, or determine file rights. A manually written email is a free alternative. Entries stay in the current page; refreshing restores the example.

We run ContractCanopy and used AI assistance to develop this resource and submission. The page discloses our shop and links an optional paid Word handoff kit. The browser note builder is independently free; it is not a client portal or runtime AI assistant.
