AlloConfirm helps Tunisian ecommerce stores confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone. An AI assistant speaks Tunisian Derja, checks order details with the customer, and returns the confirmation outcome. Questions that need human judgment are passed to the seller’s team with a short conversation summary. Access is currently available to selected merchants, with setup and pricing discussed during the access review.
