AI Spend Doctor is a free browser-local tool for developers and teams investigating AI API costs. Open a supported Claude, OpenAI or OpenRouter usage/cost CSV to spot daily spend spikes and inspect cache, batch and top-tier model shares when the data allows. Model-price scenarios are estimates, not guaranteed savings; unavailable checks are labelled. No signup, API key, file upload, analytics or stored usage data. A synthetic demo is available. The source can be inspected on GitHub. Real dashboard exports have not been independently verified.
